This includes management of procurement, financial reporting, revenue recognition, budgeting and financial compliance.  The position is the primary liaison with external auditors for financial matters related to grants and special revenue.   This position is also responsible for oversight of the payroll process, supervision of the Payroll Manager and handles overall accounting and reporting functions of the investment portfolio of the College.

Manage, create and distribute certificates of appreciation for Fellow and Junior Fellow officers. Update the DSA files for the 11 budget codes for the department charges/expenses. Create flyers and promotional handouts for various meetings. Travel to meetings to assist with registration and administrative support as necessary.

This is a 100% grant-funded position reporting to the Projects and Grant Program Director.   The Project Director is responsible for overseeing the activities of the staff to achieve deliverables to project objectives. The AIM Project Director provides leadership over project planning, implementation, and reporting of project activities to the Projects and Grant Program Director, the AIM Executive Team, AIM Partners, funders and ACOG leadership.  The Project Director will manage the business office functions budgets, contracts, pre-award and post award compliance, financial forecasting and financial reporting of the AIM Project, as well as the day to day functions of the AIM Project. Consistent collaboration will be required between the Project Director and Senior Nurse Project Manager, who will oversee adjacent and related grant program activities. The Projects and Grant Program Director will facilitate this collaboration and supervise both the Project Director and Senior Nurse Project Manager.
