Reporting to the Senior Director of Philanthropy, the Director of Individual Giving manages the department’s planned giving and individual giving (primarily mid- to lower-level gifts) activities from prospecting and soliciting gifts through the reconciliation of donations and final reporting to donors.   All employees, as a condition of employment, must establish and maintain residency within the commutable DMV area.
