American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), a membership organization dedicated to the advancement of women’s health care in Washington, DC, is currently seeking a Social Media Manager to drive an integrated customer-centric strategy and messaging across all ACOG’s social media channels. The manager oversees the daily management and production of posts and paid on social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. This person will work collaboratively with internal partners to build a strong, engaged online community that supports ACOG’s business goals. The primary goal of this position is to support ACOG in increasing awareness of key messages, driving traffic to our products and resources, and foster engagements with key audiences such as ACOG members and organization stakeholders.
The manager will be expected to utilize data and up-to-the-minute knowledge of the social media environments to analyze and optimize ACOG’s social presence and brand authority across channels and be able to conduct regular competitor analyses to support, modify, and affirm the social strategy.
