- Minimum of two years of relevant administrative experience is required; Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is required
- Project coordination skills, including meeting management. Excellent oral and written communication abilities including editing and proofreading; Attention to detail and ability to work with unfamiliar medical terminology.Interpersonal skills including a balance of assertiveness and diplomacy; good judgment; ability to interact with a variety of people and institutions; ability to meet deadlines and to handle a diverse work load. Demonstrated ability to set own priorities, to follow through on assignments without supervision, to show good judgment and attention to detail. Skills in managing multiple projects
- Strong, working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe). Basic knowledge of marketing and social media platforms preferred. Basic knowledge of accounting management
- Must be able to work extended hours on planned meeting days (700am-930pm); May require weekend work hours and/or travel
