    American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), a membership organization dedicated to the advancement of women’s health care in Washington, DC, is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the Education Division in a variety of projects including the CREOG Examination, PROLOG, contract management, CME entry, and registrar assistance


    • Manage the contract request platform Fresh Desk
    • Assist with cataloging and archiving Education Division contracts
    • Assist with Council on Resident Education in Obstetrics and Gynecology (CREOG) exam project
    • Enter Continuing Medical Education (CME) and cognate data into database
    • Manage In-house meetings logistics support as needed (security lists, table tents, badges)
    • Provide administrative assistance for Personal Review of Learning in Obstetrics and Gynecology (PROLOG) and other Education division staff
    • Assist with the planning and setting up of division mailings
    • Provide administrative assistance with the Annual Meeting, as needed
    • Other duties as assigned


    • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience
    • A self-directed and motivated individual, able to work without close supervision
    • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills
    • Possess editorial skills and be able to work accurately
    • Ability to perform detailed work under strict deadline requirements
    • Ability to organize and prioritize workflow, working on several assignments from different sources
    • Experienced in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Internet, Website applications
