    Are you searching for the next step in your HR career? We're currently seeking a talented entry-level Benefits Coordinator to support the administration of benefits and compensation programs and provide high-quality customer service to our employees.

     

     

     

    Responsibilities

    We're looking for a high-performer who can:

    • Execute our benefit programs including, but not limited to, medical, dental, leaves of absences, disability, retirement, COBRA, and worker's compensation.
    • Creatively educate employees on our generous benefit offerings.
    • Lead annual open enrollment, wellness programs, fairs, and meetings with vendors.
    • Benchmark positions, as needed, to ensure pay equity within the organization and in relation to the market.
    • Maintain employee records and compliance with all record-keeping and filings.
    • Lead special projects as requested.

    Qualifications

    About You:

    • You have a Bachelor's degree in related field is required
    • You have two years of meaningful HR experience
    • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • You are knowledgeable and proficient in the MS Office Suite, and ideally experienced with ADP WorkForce Now
    • Demonstrable ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
    • Demonstrable ability to be both disciplined and collaborative
