ACOG is looking for an experienced Technical Enterprise Administrator (AMS) professional to manage the Association Management System (Abila netForum).  Although netForum experience is preferred, we are primarily looking for someone who has experience managing an enterprise application. As a member of the IT team, we are counting on you to assist with the development and delivery of dynamic business solutions in support of internal (staff) and external (members) customers. Your expertise is needed in all phases of the systems development life cycle, to include: requirements gathering and analysis, design, development, deployment, testing, documentation and support.


  • Collaborate with vendor(s) to implement new Association Management System (AMS) platform functionality and perform system upgrades
  • Provide technical expertise in architecting and developing the AMS and related product suite
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and deliver AMS solutions
  • Develop and support integration solutions of AMS with business support systems
  • Develop SQL queries and build reports
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues (software bugs, data issues, and system configuration issues) for the AMS and related software
  • Serve as second tier AMS support to resolve data and systems issues


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technology related field
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a technical role managing enterprise applications
  • Minimum of two years of experience with relational databases; SQL development, management, administration and reporting
  • Understanding of modern web applications including both software/systems architecture and front-end design
  • Experience in programming fundamentals and development process and strategies (i.e. software development models, agile, unit testing, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of deployment/hosting architectures and application security
  • Knowledge of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles and practices
  • Demonstrated skill in developing automated business systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
